RAJASTHAN: BETWEEN WONDERFUL FORTS AND MENTAL PARTIES!

This is "the land of the kings," with astonishing forts were the history of India was written fighting the cruelest wars for the lead of this desertic region!

Jaipur, "the pink city" is not really pink but it still has maybe the most beautiful fort: The "Amer fort".

It was built on a hill from where you can watch the city and feel like a Maharaja (king).

The building below is the "Hawa Mahal",one of the most iconic palaces in Jaipur: the hundreds little windows you can see were used by the women of the Maharaja to observe street festivals while unseen from the outside.

Jodphur

The next city to visit after "the pink city" is?? but of course the Blue City, Jodphur!

From the top of the "Mehrangarh fort" (wonderfully conserved, not like the Jaipur one) you can have a relaxing view on the the blue painted houses. Amazing!

But in Rajasthan I didn't only sightsee, I had the chance to meet with locals and chill at crazy parties where, although there wasn't a shadow of a girl, I enjoyed so much!! Great food, traditional music and endless indian beer: KINGFISHER BEER.

LADIES AND GENTLEMENT: The Indian "Don Lurio"!

IN THESE CITIES, USING THE PUBLIC TRANSPORTS IS ALMOST ALWAYS A BAD IDEA BUT IF YOU WANT TO SAVE MONEY AND YOU WANT TO HAVE A FULL IMMERSION OF HINDUISM WITH A RANDOM MONK...WELL JUMP ON THE FIRST BUS, I can't tell you what but for sure you will have an experience to tell once you get off!
